RETURNS

If you wish to return a product to us for any reason, you must, within 7 days from receiving your order, send an email to customercare@aya.co.uk providing us with your original order details, together with the details of the item you wish to return and the reasons for returning it. Our customer services team will then get in contact with you to assist you with your return.
Any items that are Bespoke or Made to Order cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
 
TAXES AND DUTIES
For all shipments to USA and the EU, no further payment for taxes or duties will be required on any order. Aya will pay all taxes & duties owed.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK, USA or the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible these taxes, duties and fees.

EU & USA RETURNS

Please note, when returning items from the EU and USA, customers will need to pay all shipping costs, import duties and taxes.
If import duties and taxes are not paid by the customer when returning a product, the return will unfortunately not be accepted.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We do not take responsibility for items that have specific delivery requirements not specified on their original order. This becomes the responsibility of the courier. I.e. leaving items in a safe place or authorising delivery without a signature.
